On The Horns Of A Dilemma

Princess Kitty has a dilemma. Growly Bear wants her to go and visit him at his cave. She has never been to Growly Bear's cave. He lives there with another bear and sometimes a cub or other visiting bears and they don't know about Princess Kitty. Growly Bear can't tell them about his love for Princess Kitty because they would be frightened that he might run away and not come back.

The other bear is going on holiday and Growly Bear is excited. He wants to show Princess Kitty where he lives. He wants her to see how nice his home is. He wants her to know where he goes when he leaves her at The Cardigan. He would like them to make honey together in his cave.

Princess Kitty understands Growly Bear's excitement. They always love sharing things - their thoughts and ideas, their experiences and their feelings. She wants to please Growly Bear. She wants to know about things that are special to him. She would like to see his cave.

The trouble is Princess Kitty is also a bit scared. She understands why Growly Bear keeps her a secret from the other bears but it hurts her too and she thinks visiting his cave will remind her of this and how hard it is to be parted from him.

She doesn't know what to do. She wonders if guinea pigs miss each other when they are apart. She thinks if they do she is probably luckier. At least she understands why. She thinks guinea pigs probably don't. Poor guinea pigs.

It is good to have a choice. It is hard too though. Maybe she should just toss a coin.

I think PK should do what she wants to do. Maybe GB will understand this ?
